Full-Time Maintenance Technician – two properties located in the EASTSIDE

Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech/ Supervisor;

  • Maintain a positive relationship with residents and fellow staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Performs all job duties as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Assists the overall team in any way possible, including turning units, painting, repairing appliances, calling vendors to repair warranty work and more. This position does require the ability to move appliances, climb stairs frequently and lift objects over 50 pounds.

Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor location is in Lacey, WA

Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech/ Supervisor;

Responsibilities for Community Manager

  • Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
  • Enforcing leases and maintaining and securing premises
  • Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
  • Contracts with Tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit
  • Interview Tenants and run credit checks
  • Prepare reports on the financial performance of properties
  • Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
  • Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units

Full-Time Exterior project Maintenance Tech/landscaper located in Burlington, WA

Responsibilities for Exterior Project/Maintenance Tech

As the Exterior Project Lead / Landscaper, you will conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning gutters, walkways, breezeways, painting decks, handrails, and other duties. Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and well-maintained building structures. You will perform a range of general lawn & building maintenance duties including applying fertilizers, pesticides, maintaining and improving the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, and exterior and interior building repairs. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, chain saws, and hedge trimmers.
