Assistant Manager – Full-Time- Manage three amazing properties- Main location will be in Kirkland

Responsibilities for Assitant Manager;

  • Lease apartments
  • Provide a quality leasing experience for future residents as it relates to their interaction with the community
  • Provides professional service at all times, exercising discretion as it relates to confidential resident, property, and company information
  • Assists residents with work order requests, ensuring quality and completion
  • Compliance with company standards as defined in the Human Resources Policy Manual, Operations Playbook and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC

Responsibilities for Assistant Manager;

  • Lease apartments

Maintenance Supervisor- Bellevue

Responsibilities for Maintenance Supervisor

  • Maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Up keeping facility, Painting, turning units, maintain inventory, scheduling and performing repairs in a timely manner, pressure washing, light exterior painting etc
  • Monthly inspections of buildings and equipment

Community Association Manager- Full-time- Bellevue

Responsibilities for Community Association Manager;

  • Manage the maintenance of common areas for a large site, including landscape, rights-of-way, drainage pond and system, swales, and other features.
  • Oversee activities of on-site landscape maintenance.
  • Negotiate (in some cases directly manage) and oversee contractors, vendors, suppliers, and all providers of services to ensure prompt response to issues, expected performance, and compliance to contract specifications.
  • Create and earn a rapport with residents to develop an environment of willingness, cooperation, and understanding. Provide information to residents, address their concerns, enforce the Association’s governing documents and manage conflict resolution.
  • Assist in setting the agenda of Board and Ownership meetings and facilitating the orderly business process of the Association.Schedule Board and Ownership meetings, provide information and reports, create and maintain action item lists, develop and maintain Owner files and Association records, and handle correspondence as needed in a timely manner.
  • Report all issues of importance to the Board and Management in a timely manner.
  • Serve as advisor to the Board of Directors, community volunteers, committees, et al. Includes attending all meetings (board, special and annual meetings).
  • Preview monthly financials, prepare narrative reports on Association’s financial standing and coordinate with Managing departments on accounting matters.
  • Prepare and provide oversight of annual budgets and related expenses.
  • Oversee maintenance of the common areas and the right of way to be free of litter and debris
  • Prioritize problems and work with Association Board to resolve issues

Community Manager – Full-time – Woodinville

Responsibilities for Community Manager

  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence, rental notices, and other letters and memorandums.
  • Enforce all terms of the lease agreement including serving notices and performing eviction actions
  • Observe and follow all Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity Employment, and Landlord Tenant laws
  • Manage accounts receivable and delinquencies
  • Create and audit resident files, ledgers, and all other applicable paperwork
  • Maintain all accounts receivable including collecting rent, posting rent, making daily bank deposits, and maintaining a balanced, accurate rent roll.
  • Accurately and timely complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
  • Collect delinquent account balances from previous residents.
  • Lease apartments as needed.
  • Responsible for shopping competitive properties.
  • Processes move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
  • Audit all new and current lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
